By using our services, you’re agreeing to follow these Terms in a legally binding way. 3. Client Responsibilities

• Clients need to share precise details about their space needs, like budget, preferred location, and team size.

• It's also important for clients to arrive on time for scheduled site visits and to notify us of any changes.

• Lastly, clients should be able to stick to the payment terms we've agreed upon in writing.

4. Booking and Payments

• When you book with us, your reservation is only considered confirmed once we receive either an advance payment or a signed agreement.

• Please remember that all payments must be made through our approved methods.

• Additionally, please note that fees are non-refundable unless specified otherwise in the agreement.

5. Property Availability

• Properties are available based on current availability at the time you confirm.

• We aren’t responsible for any changes in pricing or availability that third-party property owners might make.

6. Use of Space

• Clients are required to use the leased or coworking space solely for professional, commercial, or office-related activities.

• It's important to note that subleasing or engaging in any illegal activities within the leased premises is strictly forbidden.

7. Liability Disclaimer

• We simply serve as the go-between for our clients and the space providers.

• We can’t be held responsible for any agreements, damages, or disputes that come up between the two parties after the deal is done.

• Any issues related to documentation, utilities, maintenance, or operations fall under the responsibility of the property owner or management.

8. Termination

• Either party can end the agreement by giving written notice ahead of time, like [for example, 7 days].

• If any services were provided before the termination, the client is still responsible for paying any outstanding amounts.

9. Privacy & Confidentiality

• We take your privacy seriously! All client data and business information that you share with us is kept completely confidential.

• Rest assured, we won’t share your personal or business details with anyone else without your permission.
